AJIVPRO Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after production.
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days after production.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

International Shipping
- Standard shipping: 7-21 business days after production, depending on your country.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
International transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, AJIVPRO cannot replace it for free. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at AJIV4EVER@gmail.com. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. AJIVPRO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
